This study addresses the Conecta Turismo project in the context of tourism platformization, highlighting the use
of digital methods to understand online conversations about tourism events in Espírito Santo, Brazil. The research
aims to present the methodological strategies used to collect, process, and analyze public data from social media
platforms, transforming digital information into insights for tourism management. The methodology combines
content analysis and social network analysis, using data collected from YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
regarding ten tourism events held in Espírito Santo. Quantitative indicators, semantic networks, and profile
networks were analyzed to understand publication volumes, discursive patterns, engagement levels, and the
participation of different actors involved in digital conversations. The results show that the systematic analysis of
data from digital platforms contributes to identifying trends, public perceptions, and opportunities for improving
tourism promotion and planning strategies. It is concluded that digital methods represent relevant tools for tourism
observatories and managers, expanding monitoring capabilities and data-driven decision-making processes.
