A PRODUÇÃO ARTÍSTICA E POLÍTICAS CULTURAIS EM NATAL/RN

O artigo analisa a atuação de artistas de Natal/RN no contexto das políticas públicas de fomento à cultura, com destaque para as leis de incentivo como a Lei Aldir Blanc, Lei Rouanet, Lei Câmara Cascudo e Lei Djalma Maranhão. A partir de entrevistas com artistas e gestores culturais, investiga-se como essas políticas impactam a produção artística local e como se articulam com o turismo cultural na cidade. Evidencia-se o papel dessas leis na viabilização de projetos que contribuem para a valorização do patrimônio imaterial, a dinamização da economia criativa e o fortalecimento da identidade cultural de Natal. O estudo também aponta desafios como a burocracia e a dificuldade de acesso aos recursos, ressaltando a necessidade de políticas mais inclusivas e sustentáveis.
