Abstract

O presente estudo foi realizado na cidade de Natal, no Forte dos Reis Magos, monumento histórico-cultural e um dos pontos turísticos mais visitados da cidade. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram turistas e moradores que visitaram o atrativo turístico. A pesquisa teve o objetivo de identificar o perfil do turista e dos moradores. Diante do exposto, será que o visitante está satisfeito com os produtos e serviços disponibilizados por essa edificação histórica que, culturalmente, faz parte da história do Rio Grande do Norte? Os resultados da pesquisa foram expostos por gráficos e realizados pelo OPOTUR - Observatório Potiguar do Turismo.
